Refund & Exchange Policy

Customers can inspect their order before accepting it from the shipping representative.

If there is any mistake on our part, including receiving the wrong item, size, color, or a defective product, we will gladly accept a return or exchange at no additional cost.

If the customer decides not to receive the order after inspection due to personal preference or a change of mind, only the shipping fees will apply.
